WOOF, shes done, after many months of studying (in between finals and my final semester of capstone biology courses) she is complete, alright might as well start off off with the score....

PAT: 21
QR: 16
RC: 16
Bio: 23
GC: 20
ORGO: 25
TS: 22
AA:20

I should first start out by saying im not going to be a mathematician nore a speed reader, but i do want to become a doctor and i think that reflects in my scores, i have always had trouble in reading and math so it came as no surprise when i saw how poor these two sections were. Other than that i guess im happy with my score and hope its competitive enough to get me in somewhere......

To study:
I decided from a friend's previous advice to buy and utilize the DAT Destroyer 2014 addition. (Thank GOD!) Honestly it covers a crazy range... in all the science sections (especially biology) but in my opinion after just taking it today... (yes i took it today and am not out doing more fun things with my life the night of)..the science covered on the DAT is a wild range consisting of an obscene amount of material. I believe the Destroyer covered 95% of the material i saw on the test today. Some of the other material i used was that of my basic knowledge as a biology majored graduate as well as Kaplan's PAT materials.

Seeing as im not one of the guys or girls on here to get an amazing score ill keep this short but i did want to mention my reading passages were incredibly longer than the ones i had in practicing such as the 2009 and 2007 and to prepare your speed reading as i fell short on this section BIG time!

Congratulations, you have some great science scores. Just FYI, some schools do have a cutoff as high as 17 for all sections, so contact the school's you're applying to, talk to your pre-health advisor if you have one, and see what they say. Some schools do make exceptions too, I know people who got accepted with a 15 in QR.

Got accepted to your school?!?

yea my gpa is a 3.33, but i have over 3,000 hours of dental shadowing/interning hours plus i traveled to Guatemala last May with a group of doctors to treat women and children for immediate dental care so im hoping that all helps balance me out.
