I did the Destroyer Bio twice before the real test. In retrospect, I don't think that it helped much.

Cliff's AP Bio, Topscore and Kaplan's subject tests were better in my opinion.

for me personally, I didn't find the destroyer biology helpfull. It was too detailed based
