I have a question on the DNA replication Q#237.

Can anyone explain this b/c I was doing KAPLAN midterm question that says 3 ROUND of DNA replication and i based my answer according to DAT Destroyer method and i get conflicting answers. Kaplan's explanation and Destroyers explanation don't match up...
