I haven't check back lately, but I finished it a week ago. I am happy with what I got. I used Kaplan, Topscore, Achiever, and most importantly DAT Destroyer. Kaplan is good for refreshing the basic – especially people like me who have been out of college for awhile. I was skeptical of DAT Destroyer (DD) before, until many kids bought it and got amazing score, so I knew at the very least, I must have these same study aid materials too and try it out first hand myself. Their support is unbelievable – especially Dr. Romano and Nancy. They are nicest people I ever talked to. I was shocked that I could call Dr. Romano late at night more than once like what others has been saying on here. It is just like staying after class and talks to the professor without a bunch other kids interfering hogging all the valuable minutes of office hour. Achiever & Topscore is good for testing of what you learned but neither gives you the support like DD. Topscore tech support really sux0r! Topscore NEVER responded to any of my email btw. Achiever support is ok…but it was more like 1-2 day support and couldn't really help explain you live on the phone like Dr. Romano could. I'm no salesman. But let me tell ya those 20s in the science score were mainly from DAT Destroyer, I couldn't have done it without them! In fact, I couldn't imagine what kind of score I get had I took it without DD assistance. It gave me a little advantage. Last but not least, many thanks to others (lifeisgood, aranjuez, bruinpredent, building, wigglytooth, dwyntta, and other SNDers). Anyway, good luck to those who hasn't take it yet.

I had the same experience!!! Dr. Romano and his staff are the ultimate confidence boosters and they gave me the support I needed to score in the 20's on the DAT

Hello YOU of OC,
Congratulations on your success on the DAT. Now, that it is over.... Could you share with me....if you were starting from the beginning of preparing for the DAT, would you just prep with the DD?
I wont have to take the DAT until 2010 but want to prep as I go along with my science courses. I hate last minute. I want what I need to know to be in my long-term memory. I rather practice daily for a couple of years then cram in a few months.
Thank you in advance for any kind advice,
Tranman of Dallas
