DAT Done 5/28/10

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Wow, you killed it! Could you post a breakdown of which materials you studied for each subject and how long? Also, what was your PAT score?

Congrats on your future acceptances. Which schools are you applying to?

and one would only see/hear about people with such scores and gpa's on SDN, never in person.

apply to your first choice, ull get in

PAT 21
I spent the most time with DAT destroyer for the sciences. PAT I studied the least by far. I read the kaplan book once. I went over the tests until I knew how to do the problems.

I'm from Idaho. There are no state schools so I am applying to UNC, Iowa, San Antonio, Baylor, Ohio state, Case Western, USN utah campus, Creighton, Washington, Pacific. If you know of other dental schools that are good and have good relations with students please tell me. thanks

Hey I'm applying this year from Idaho too. You'll be sure to get accepted at Creighton through the IDEP program with your stats, is that your first choice?

Also, how many weeks did you study, and how many hours a day? I'm going through the destroyer right now for all the sciences, man that stuff is intimidating.

School got done end of April and I started studying 5 days a week for 10 or so hours each day. I had started studying off and on starting in January 2010... about 10 hours a week.

Hey,
I'm from Idaho and I had a 3.8/20aa 21ts 21pat, and got interview lovin' from UNLV, Midwestern, Louisville, UCSF, Creighton and Marquette... I've specifically heard that Louisville, UNLV and Marquette like Idahoan's. I even applied late (App mailed 8/10). With your stats, I'm not sure I would apply to USN, though, as I heard that they are only taking in-state first year, and I personally wouldn't want to go to a new school unless I absolutely had to.

I'm sorry. I'm new to this. How can I post this in the DAT section?

when you first get on the dental forums instead of clicking 'Pre-Dental' there will be another link right under it called "DAT discussions" and that's where DAT related things are extensively discussed

way to make me feel like poopy about my scores 😛 good job tho! you should get an interview wherever you want to go
