Interesting scores. TS and AA are great, which is extremely important, but those 3 subscores of 17, not really counting QR, are a little alarming. Not that a 17's are terrible, but they look weird compared to your TS scores. I don't know anything for a fact, but I imagine your scores will cause admission officers to give your application a close look. Also, if you get interviews, I can almost promise you they will ask you why your performance in the sciences differs so much from the, I guess, natural ability sections.

I guess i was always good at science and did well in that area since grade school. As for RC, i guess i can say that English is not my first language although I know i could've done better. PAT, I really don't know how i did that bad, I thought i prepared well for that section.

Anyways, I'm going to apply with these scores and see what happens. It would be a huge pain in the ass to retake but do you think i should retake in september and try to bring those 17's up?

What are my chances as of now? I have a few good EC's. I'm a bio major, gpa is 3.43, total scinece gpa is around the same, bcp over 3.5.

You'll get in w/ these scores...unless schools have a cutoff for PAT. 👍

Hey, do you have to take some sort of test because english is not your first language? its not mine either, but I heard we have to take some english test to prove we can speak and understand it.

Depends on if you've lived here long enough. If you migrated here as a child (had junior high+ in english), and you say that you speak English at home, then you don't need to do so.

are you talking about the TOEFL? i thought that was for international students only....i could be wrong though.

do u guys have ur dat material? can u give me if u are done with dat please... i wud appreciate.
and can u tell me what kind of questions were asked?
thanks

what's your gpa?

That's what i meant. if english is not ur native language, it is probably a good idea to score high in that section because that's your chance to prove you can speak well. if you are native i think you'd be okay.
