Well let me start by saying that I'm rocking a 3.1 GPA 2.9 sGPA, but I'm starting Junior year so I have time to bring up my GPA to something respectable.

Here are my scores.

I pretty much followed the 8 week plan, but extended to 10 weeks with an additional 2 weeks of straight questions from the cliff's ap bio cd, qvault, achiever, chad's quizzes, and topscore.

The only thing I'm truly disappointed in is my PAT score, I feel like I could have had a score in the 20s, but it's okay, I hear 19 is the average for accepted students. Bio is a complete random mess though, I was expecting something awful there, so I'm happy with that.

I'm not going to go into to more detail, but if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Good job, hope this is the start of a good year for you.

Could you post your practice scores?

Good job!! I have a similar gpa and my test is in 2 days and am hoping to get a 22AA. What do you think helped most for you chemistry scores? And what were you scoring practicing for PAT/did you use CDP? Thanks!

Congrats, great scores. May I ask how did u practice for RC and what strategy did you use? Also, if u have taken any Datqvault RC? How would u compare it to the real dat? Thank you 🙂

Here are my scores.

Qvault:
Bio - 18/18/17/18/20/18/18/22/19/18
OC - 21/24/24/19/20/22/19/22/20/21
GC - 20/22/20/19/20/19/22/21/22/22
Math 25/22/22/24 --> Much easier then the actual DAT.

Achiever: PAT/QR/RC/Bio/GC/OC/TS/AA
Test 1: 18/20/16/15/18/19/17/18
Test 2: 18/20/18/16/16/18/17/18
Test 3: 17/20/17/17/18/19/18/18
Test 4: 17/16/17/15/18/21/18/17
Test 5: 18/17/--/15/14/14/15/--
Test 6: 17/16/--/17/20/18/18/--
Test 7: 18/16/--/16/16/17/17/--

I got sick of Achiever's RC after Test 4...I couldn't stand it. They pretty much made questions to counter S&D, but that's what I used on my DAT.

Topscore: Same format as above
Test 1: 19/21/21/19/19/19/19/21
Test 2: 21/24/22/18/18/21/19/21
Test 3: 21/22/22/21/19/21/21/20

CDP:
17/16/17/18//21/18/20/19/21/22

As far as chem goes, the only thing you can really do is practice practice practice. In my last few days I did all of Chad's quizzes. I took 1 day to do all of Bio, another for all of his GC questions, and another for OC. Those questions are great, and it was a good way to keep me on my toes.

As a whole, the test just felt difficult. Out of my first 10 questions I felt like I didn't know 2 or 3 of them which kind of ruined my mood too, but you really shouldn't let it get to you.

Great! Congrats buddy

What do you think about:

1)RC comparing to topscore and qvault? and was it easy to search and destroy? what type of passages did you get?
2) QR comparing to MATH DESTROYER?
3) PAT comparing to Crack DAT PAT?
4) Science comparing to Topscore and destroyer?
5) Did you get impossible questions in Biology?

Lots of questions LOL but my test is next week and I am really worried

Lots of questions LOL but my test is next week and I am really worried

1. Well I only did one Qvault RC, and I got a 47/50 so I figured it was just too easy. Topscore is comparable, and I wouldn't say that it was "easy" to S&D, it's just the method that I like the best and find easiest to use.

2. I honestly regret not doing the last math destroyer test.

3. PAT is comparable everywhere except for keyholes. I got some strange images in that section, but it might just be me.

4. Both Destroyer and Topscore are great sources for exposure. Destroyer is definitely harder, and as everyone else says Topscore is comparable, and a bit harder too. If you have datqvault I'd highly recommend doing all their tests and the extra problems too. It shouldn't take too long to do all of it.

5. Yes, yes I did. I haven't taken a physiology class yet, but man I'm sure Bio would be easier if I did take one.

2. I honestly regret not doing the last math destroyer test with all the probabilities and stuff. There were like 2 questions regarding P-values and I just couldn't remember how to do those. But yeah, Math Destroyer is an amazing thing. Oh, you should also really know how to manipulate trig functions.

Bro you saved my mood today LOL
I think that topscore is not that hard.. I did the first two and I got AA 20 and 21 and still have the last one to be done by Friday and my test is in Tuesday

Wish me a good luck!

ahhh i take mine tmrw!!! 🙁
what were you thinking when you were taking the test? nervous at all?
i'm kind of just hoping I get lucky and they ask me everything I know....
what's a good tip you would give me???

i'm planning on just sleeping at 10pm....waking up at 6 or 6:30...heading out by 7:20....
I wish I was more confident going into this test, but were you confident??
