Hello everyone long time lurker here and I just wanted to get some advice on my DAT Scores. I'll post a breakdown soon on the forum just wanted some quick advice whether or not I should retake. Thanks!

PAT: 22
QR: 16
RC: 18
BIO: 21
GC: 20
OC: 22
TS: 21
AA: 19

I think you are good! Just apply ASAP and apply as much as you can.
Good luck

Thanks @gorge I definitely plan on applying as early as possible for a better chance!

PAT is awesome, bio is great, gchem is good, ochem is good, total science is strong and AA is average acceptance I believe. I don't think you should retake, unless that 16 in QR is below a cutoff for a dental school you're applying to. I don't know which schools have them or how low they are, but you might just want to give them a quick email or phone call to see.

Otherwise, great job! 😀
Thanks so much for your response that makes me feel a lot better!

I think its a good score. TS is above average and PAT is really good.

Congrats! I think you have very nice chances! What boos/resources did you use? Thanks!

Thanks, @Sharon914!

I used bootcamp, dat destroyer, math destroyer, cliff notes (I actually read all of the 4th edition before relieving that the 3rd edition is what everyone else used), Feralis, chad's videos, dat achiever, craig savage, bozeman, qvault bio, crack dat pat and reading. I felt that the best resources for biology were cliff notes, feralis, qvault, bootcamp and destroyer. For the chemistries, starting off with chad's is great to rebuild foundation, then destroyer and bootcamp for practice. Math was always my weak area, and from reading other breakdowns I thought I would be okay with math destroyer, but I just think that test day got the best of me. I would say that the only thing you need for the PAT section is bootcamp. It's so much harder than the real thing and was great practice. For the reading section I just used bootcamp, didn't even bother with crack dat reading.

Hey, I took the DAT the same day as you! Reading was definitely harder than I've seen before...
Yeah I really wasn't expecting the RC to be that difficult. My average for bootcamp was around a 19, so seeing an 18 was a little disappointing. The first article was off-putting, seeing that it wasn't really science based like I was expecting.
