Orgo
I just took a really intense year of Orgo and was really good at mechanisms (our professor used to test us from Harvard's mechanism bank), but the DAT is COMPLETELY different. I actually had to train myself to stop thinking mechanistically and learn to answer questions DAT style. This meant memorizing tons of reactions, and mastering the wide spectrum of basics. Iowe my 26 to the DESTROYER, Topscore, and the little Orgo flash cards in the back of examkrackers orgo. Topscore was a really good simulation of the test, though I never broke 20 on any science ever on topscore (some of the questions were just ******ed, and like 4 wrong is under a 20). I went through destroyer like 6 times and by the 5th time I could do each problem in about 10 seconds. The DAT was pretty much the same as destroyer, maybe a little easier. A lot of Fischer projections on my DAT, and not really much of a focus on Synthesis.
Bio
Definitely not as random as people said. Tested the basics. Topscore had what seemed like 4-5 exact questions. I went through DESTROYER 3 times (350 questions is a lot) and supplemented it with schaums and Google and Wikipedia. DESTROYER had everything in there in some form or another, but the text books and images from Google made it all clear. Also, the white book that's "not for resale" from Kaplan was lying around my dorm room and it was AWESOME!!
Chem
This was where destroyer was amazing. Topscore was good here too but some of the questions were just absolutely messed up. Not necessarily too hard, just like I never learned this in Gchem. That's where you lose your points on topscore and have a hard time breaking a 20. I went throgh destoyer 3-4 times and really got al lthe concepts down.
PAT
No clue what happened here. CDP was consistent 20-22 and even hit a 25 once. TFE KILLED me. It's rougher than CDP by a nice margin. Hole punch, Cubes and KEyholes are easier. Do achiever TFE, trust me it's worth the pain.

This was just like CDM. Seriously it was the same thing. I have no idea why I only got an 18, I thought I smashed this into pieces. Math Destroyer was good for word problems, but CDM really had the test down. I'd recommend using CDM and supplementing with the word problems and graph problems from destroyer.
RC
First 2 passages were really interesting (Asprin, Cyclic amp). Piano wasn't too bad, but it took away my shot at another 20. From what I hear about Piano I'll take it. Overall, Topscore was great for this. I read the passage pretty calmly and mapped it as I went.
Good luck guys!!
