Well, just wanted to know what you guys think my chances are. My degree was in Finance, before taking all the prereqs. My GPA is 3.57.

My scores:

Biology 22 (97.2%)
GChem 20 (86.1%)
OChem 22 (93.0%)
RC 19 (60.2%)
QR 16 (57.7%) 😡
PAT 17 (66.8%)
TS 21 (95%) 🙂
AA 20 (90.0%)

Biology: This section was much harder than I expected, and I thought that I really screwed it up. But, it ended up being my best score.

GChem: Pretty easy, thought I did better though.

OChem: For me, this was the easiest part of the test. I think I finished it in like 10 minutes. It was very comparable to the ada practice test.

PAT: Again, I thought that this section was very comparable to the ada practice test. However, I got a 20 on the ada practice test, and much lower on the real thing. But, the point is that they were pretty similar difficulty. Maybe the curve is just high.

RC: I just read the questions, and searched like an animal for the answer.

QR: This was the only real differing score from my practice tests. I don't know if it was cause I was tired or in slow motion, but I just flat ran out of time, and had to guess on like 10 questions. On kaplan and barron, I was averaging like 22-24 and never ran out of time. I wouldn't say that is was much harder, I just wasn't focused enough.

Anyway overall, I was satisfied despite the fact that I can't add 1/2 + 1/3.
Let me know what you guys think, and also if you have any questions.

I applied to Nova,UF,Temple,BU,University of Maryland

Good scores. You shouldn't have a problem getting into a dental school. Add NYU to your list though, since I heard they tend to accept more students than most schools. So your chances of acceptance will be higher.
Good luck,
Rich
