i took my DAT today and i didn't do that well considering my top choice is uop...my only choice is uop dental school. haha

Are you a 3:3 or 2:3? I go to UOP too im not in the program lol but am applying. Those scores look good. I also dont like QR esp cuz its the last one and i was like already thinking about my scores lol. I took mine same day as you

dude, great scores! great science ! your only problem would potentially be that 16, they might over look it, but maybe call the school and ask them what they think? Good Luck

they might ask you why you did lower on PATs

i just wanted to do a quick break down of the test...hopefully it'll be helpful.

PAT: it wasn't too bad but i took way too long per question and ended up rushing through with limited time. i used kaplan online and topscore for practice. topscore was closer to my score and kaplan is slightly but not by much easier.

MATH :[ : haha i dont know what to say...i did bad. dont do what i did and think math would be easy. review a little bit.

Reading: i used the search and destroy method but here were some tone questions that really made me have to kind of skim through...annoying. but not too bad. one reading passage might require actual reading cuz of these type of questions.

BIO: not too bad. kaplan does a good job i think. study all the broad stuff cuz i think that will get you more points. specifics obviously come up but getting a greater general understanding is much better.

CHEM: again i used kaplan. but i took chem this past freshmen year so it wasn't too bad. topscore questions were VERY realistic for chem i though. there's only a certain type of questions they can ask and topscore seemed to cover it.

OCHEM: i only took first session of ochem so i was very worried but know the general reactions and what not. it shouldn't be too bad. know the trends/concepts well. i used to kaplan for this part also. not a bad source i thought.
