DAT done- should i RETAKE??

hi everyone,

i jus took my dat yesterday and im not sure what to think about my scores. I studied so hard for it, but didnt get the score i wanted.
i got:


PAT 18
QR 20
RC 17
Bio 17
GC 20
OC 19
TS 19
AA 19

Schools have already recieved my apps. Im a minority, but im not sure how much that would help, not that i wanna depend on that as a clutch.
overall gpa 3.5, 3.56(w/o +-), scigpa 3.25
and i have about 550+ dental experience
Do you think i should retake??

I think your scores are pretty solid. Remember that sdn dat scores are pretty inflated compared to the norm, and that the average matriculant has a 19 AA. You don't have a score that sticks out as really low either, and your 17s should make the cutoff at most schools.

I had very similar scores on my first DAT and similar GPA with a 19 AA and 19 TS. I decided to retake but it took me a long time to finally decide to retake it because it was such a tricky decision. Good luck

you will get in at this score if you are minority.... In past 2 year i have seen many student get in
