Hey guys... I just took my DAT and don't know how to feel. I couldn't sleep the night before the test and was about to die towards the end. These are my stats:

Bio: 20
Gchem: 19
Ochem: 20
PAT: 19 (21 on topscore everytime!)
Reading Comp: 17 🙁
Math: 16 😡 (I've been a math tutor for 2 years!!! Never got lower than 20 on practice tests)

Total science: 20
AA: 18 (only one tiny point away to get the 19 🙁)

Biology major at UCLA

GPA:
BCP : 3.3
Science: 3.45
Overall: 3.54
Nonscience: 3.68

So what do gys think... I applied to USC (my top choice), UCLA, Western, UOP, UCSF, Boston, UNLV, NYU, ASDOH, Midwestern.

Is that 17 on RC going to hunt me down? I REALLY don't want to take this crappy test EVER again! 😀

Oh... Just as a note for those who are going to take the exam, Try to get some sleep the night before (I couldn't) and KNOW YOUR TRIG!

I think you have a chance due to your high Science scores.
But 16 on math and 17 on RC can give you some hard time.
I know people who got 17 math and got plenty of interviews but never saw 16.
I also got 17 on RC so if you keep on tracking my interviews, you will get an idea.

AA18 TS20 PA19 are average scores. The fact that you have a 16 in math and a 17 in reading doesn't make the matters any better either. Your GPA is good. You took your DAT somewhat late, which means you'll be looking at late interviews. IMO if you apply to lots of private schools, you'll have a chance of getting in. However, keep in mind that no one can tell you for a fact whether or not you're gonna get in. It's simply impossible to predict. So, instead of predicting the outcome, simply relax and see what happens.

USC's cut off is 15 I believe. Don't quote me, but I remember reading that somewhere.
