I can't remember the scores of each section for my DAT from two years ago but i made a 16 and it was completely due to the fact i didnt apply myself/study for it at all. That being said i finished my last DAT on 8/21/13 and the scores were.....

PAT: 19 😡
QR: 19 😕
RC: 21 😕
BIO: 19 🙁
GC: 22 🙂
OC: 23 🙂
TS: 21 🙂
AA: 21 🙂

Nothing flashing or crazy high scores in any one section but im pleasantly surprised and grateful for prayers answered and hard work rewarded. The PAT, QR, and RC were lower than i would have liked them to be but i did not study these sections at all. I put all time and effort into the sciences by using as many resources as possible. I am 2 yrs removed since recieving my bachelor so the sciences were by far my main priority as far as studying went.

Congrats! What strategy did you use for RC?

I used the search and destroy method. I cant remember my first passage buy my second passage was over bacterial resistance to antibiotics and the third passage was over bone fractures and regeneration. Overall it wasnt that bad but i got two topics that i was fairly comfortable with.

Cool, so search and destroy seemed to work fine? Did you just read one question, then look for the answer, and repeat?

omg i think i had the same exact passages last year! so means we took the same exam (the one i took a year ago) i had a 17 AA with 18 TS 19 PAT 19RC 14QR lol

Yep, i did one question at a time and i even had like ten minutes left but was completely teady to start QR and get out lol. Oh, yea, thats after my computer screen froze, went black, and the testing center ppl had to reboot my computer....talk about a heart rate out the roof!! However, my test sure enough came back up to the same place before it crashed. Also remember that i had two sections that i knew a pretty good deal about.

Wow.. I would have freaked. I'm just getting worried because I'm trying search and destroy on DAT Bootcamp, but it's not working very well. It seems like all of the answers are spread out through the whole passage
