When I walked out, I literally was in shock as I was expecting 19s-20s on this test.
Bio-There were a few odd questions. I knew about 25-30 of the questions for sure. On the rest of them, I had really strong inclinations towards the answer (looks like they were right, lol). I wasn't expecting a 28 on this section. I guess practice as much as you can, and it'll pay off. Content wise, some of the questions were very simple. A few of them were a little strange, but nothing too complex at all.
GC-Wayyy easier than Topscore. Just review and you'll have it.
OC-Not too bad. Again, I wasn't expecting such a high score. Practice and let it help you, and be confident enough to go with your reasoning for an answer.
PAT-The angles kinda sucked! Other than that, nothing really bad. DAT Achiever is pretty good for practice on this section. It really drills you into paying attention into detail. Watch out for time on this section! Aside from angle ranking, nothing was too bad.
RC- Not too bad. A few of the inference type questions. I would suggest speed reading to get the tone and feel of the passage. I made very brief outlines of each paragraph (pretty much just the topic of the paragraph). This helped me to read more critically and actually see what the author was saying, which pretty much helps out a lot. Again, watch out for time.
QR- Pretty easy.....nothing too bad. It can catch you off guard if you dont practice, though
Overall, I feel the need to give some advice since last week I was on here looking for the same thing, and a lot of your posts helped me out a lottt...I just feel like it's my turn to contribute a little. My biggest advice is RELAX. Don't freak out and do two full lengths the last few days before your test. I didn't do any studying for two days before my test. You can't run a marathon a day after you just ran one. Give yourself a break so you dont burn out in the real thing. Personally, I studied just the Kaplan Blue Book (with a little bit of reviewing my text books). After that I just drilled myself on practice tests. I used DAT Achiever, Topscore, Kaplan (the practice test in the CD and in the book), and the ADA exam.
Anyways I'm tired of typing and I needa go party so catch you guys later 👍 😀
