I took my DAT last week, and here are my scores

my gpa is 3.8. what do you guys think? should I retake?

Good scores and your GPA is awsome, the 15 might cause a little problem for some schools like UOP but I think You have a good chance to get in somewhere.

Firstoff, congrats on being done! 😀
I think you should be in good shape.
If you just want to get into a dental school, then you should be fine.

If you want to get multiple acceptances, then you should consider retaking it.

18/19 is a solid score, although 15 in RC may not meet the cutoffs for some school. But then again, it will probably be compensated by your high GPA.
