I took my DAT yesterday and my score were
PAT: 21
QR: 17
RC: 17
BIO: 19
GC: 22
OC: 20
TS: 20
AA: 19
I took kaplan prep course. I am going to have to say that the real DAT was harder than Kaplan. As a matter of fact, BIO is totally different than Kaplan. I got couple of Lab questions including centrifugation, some graphs asking about phylogeny and lineage, biomes, biomass. There were no single question about hormones which I memorized everything.
G-chem is similar to Kaplan. Ochem is a bit harder than the practice test I have been taking. Ochem was my strongest section on all the practice test. I was scoring 23-28 on the practice ones, but I don't know what happened on the real one.
For RC, I have nothing to say. It has been my weakest section since I'm a real slow reader. I ran out of time on the test day.
For QR, I was very upset that I did poor on that. It has been one of my strongest portion of the test. I've been scoring 23 avg on kaplan practice test. On the test day, I was asked a lot of word problems at least 10 question which I normally don't mind, but couple of questions I was asked were really long ones and I lost the link. There were some hard calculations and geometry problems. There were no permutation and combination problems which I was surprised.
PAT was a bit harder on hole punching and angle ranking parts. They have seen many crazy foldings and possibly half punch(which I'm 75% sure).
Anyway, I will just hope for the best. I wish the best luck to you all.
