you made some good improvements but I'm afraid that your stats are not on the competitive side. Well, it's on the borderline.

You did the right thing to re-take the DAT, I would suggest study it for one last time and get an AA of 20 or above.

If the DAT scores aren't solid it will be a tough cycle for admission.

That's just my opinion, but still great job on your improvements! 👍

nice work man, that TS score is solid, something to be proud of for sure!

im in a similar position with a sub-par RC score, i am unsure on retaking the test,

but be happy with most of those scores and enjoy them, id say relax a bit and ask the schools what they think, after all, it is there opinion, and there opinion alone, that matters

congrats on getting though the DAT a second time

Am I missing something? I have no idea what FRAP stands for. WTF is it a type of exam...no one is stating questions?

How could this exam still be going around?

Your AA is too low I fear, though people with 17 AA have been admitted to D school before. I'd suggest a retake though. 🙁

What's the big deal with the frap exam? Is it just that many people don't know what frap is, or is it supposedly one of the more difficult exams overall?

well if he says dreaded frap exam it must not be good( aka probebly hard). i dont even know what it is

Yeah Im wondering this too. How is this test still being administered? Maybe its only that one single question thats being used again. I Thought they rewrote tests every three months. I had the "Frap" test in september of 2007

You have 200+ posts and you don't know what FRAp is...where have you been. There has been at least 50 posts on it. Do the search and you'll find it.

I think its just an identity that version has achieved on SDN.
I don't think its the sciences as much as that ethics passage they throw at you in that version. Many people actually have done good with this FRAP version I think.

Haha yeah I know exactly what Fluorescent Recovery After Photobleaching is. I have just never seen it be referred to as FRAp, and then someone say "I got the dreaded FRAp test", like its some sort of rogue DAT. We always just said the whole name out in my Neuro class.
