I'm a little tired and burnt out right now but I'll do my best to give you my breakdown. I'll probably add more tomorrow. But anyhow, lets get to it!
[PA]
I have no clue what happened here! Keyhole figures look so simple, but the DAT keyholes are much trickier. I posted my CDP scores below.

This section was like everyone says. Abstract and focused on the your ability to understand the big picture. You won't find detailed questions like those in Destroyer and Achiever, but you will find questions asking you to use your knowledge of various topics to explain a diagram etc. For this section I used Cliffs and touched it up with KBB. I went through Destroyer BIO once (3 weeks prior to my exam) and never touched it again. I just didn't have enough time.
[GChem]
I actually found this section to be the most difficult. The calculations are really basic and setup for you. Some of the theoretical questions are asked in a weird way and make you think. I think CANgnome said it when he mentioned that the sections tends to pick at some of the fine details. Make sure you have a good understanding of G. Chem conceptually. It can make a huge difference. But overall, it was on par with Topscore.
[OChem]
In my opinion this was the easiest section of the exam. A few reactions, but overall very basic. I found it to be easier than Topscore by far. I took the practice tests pretty seriously, but all the questions I missed were due to small mistakes, not that I didn't understand the material conceptually. I found Destroyer and old Ochem notes to be the best for me when it came to OC. Went through Destroyer 2x.
[RC]
Can't really say much because I didn't study for this section. I just took the RC tests in the Topscore exams. I just read the passage and answer the questions. I make a mental map of the passage in my head, no notes. I think with this section, you'll find what works best for you.
[QR]
First off, the calculator is pretty laggy when you hit the same number repeatedly. I was looking forward to QR, because I thought I had a pretty good grasp of math but it was difficult because of the time constraint. Too many word problems. I didn't get the simple calculations that I was hoping for!
Materials: Destroyer 2008, Cliffs AP Bio, KBB
For those that are curious: Topscore exam scores below
--------AA/TS/PA/BIO/GC/OC/RC/QR-----------
Test 1: 21/21/21/24/20/19/23/19
Test 2: 24/23/22/24/21/25/29/20
Test 3: 22/21/23/20/23/19/23/23
CDP: 1-5
22/21/19/18/23
One of the things that helped me get my head around all of this information was taking breaks. Watching an episode of It's Always Sunny, or taking the longboard out for a cruise at night. Whatever works for you. Just balance it all out.
