I've been studying for the DAT exam since July and I am scheduled to take my exam on September 26, however I don't feel like I am ready to take the exam. I am preparing with the Kaplan course and I feel that I need to also study with top-score, achiever, college Bio. textbooks, Destroyer, and still study more with my Kaplan material. I've heard from others that "you'll never feel ready" to take the exam, but honestly I feel that I still have alot to study with in order to have a realistic chance at reaching my goal score. I don't want to rush and take the exam, but I just need to hear more people's perspectives. Also I've heard that you can take the DAT only twice, is this true? Thanks

Hey! I used Kaplan to study for every part not including the PAT part of the DAT. It made me well prepared for the rest of the sections. You will do fine, I promise! Just do a lot of practice problems! For the PAT, I used DAT achiever. That was the best resource to me for the PAT. Good Luck and don't worry!😀

Hey Dr222 thanks for the encouragement. Do you mind if I ask what your scores were. Thanks

you can take the DAT a maximum of only 3 times. and like your buddies told you.....you will never feel ready for a test like this. might as well suck it up and take it.
