DAT finally over!! need advice

You'll still be competitive with that GPA but you definitely knocked your app out of the elite catagory.

Your GPA is really good, but your DAT is quite low.... I feel you'll be competitive if you went to a good university to do your studies, thus earning high marks... but overall you'd have to consider EC, LOR, and PS to assess that. AA is more important than TS.

After the DAT, I don't think you will be considered competitive. Your AA is below the average of accepted dental students. You should seriously consider retaking because right now the DAT score is going to hold you back.

Your DAT is not the only piece of application that they look at! Please don't just read things on this website and feel like you have to retake. You have amazing GPA and slightly below DAT average. If I was in your position I would not retake. Good luck!
