Hi I just finished the dat and i am not too happy with my scores. I really really don't want to take it again so .. what do you guys think?

General Chem- 20
Organic Chem -23
Biology -20
Reading- 18
QR-16
PAT -17


However, I do have a 3.8 GPA and I also have many volunteer hours, leadership, good recommendations from professors that know me well, and am published and currently doing research at a dental institution.

Give up or apply??? I am thinking about UCONN, BU, Tufts, Case (ohio), and Nova. I am a MA resident.

well don't give up 🙂 . that's a decent score. great GPA. i think you have a decent shot at UCONN since you live in New England.

yes i will be applying next cycle. Will dental schools even look at a PAT 17??

Congrats on being done, nice job! I was wondering how and what you used to study for the PAT and QR sections. Also, if you dont mind, please share some info about your reading comp passages. Take care and best of luck next year.

Congrats on finishing it. PAT is very important but again, it depends on your schools. Your stats looks pretty good.
is this like a 20 AA or 19 AA? It seems like 21 TS..

How was the exam and specifically RC?
