when the following equation is balanced, what is difference between sum of coefficents of product and sum of coefficients of reacdtant?

KMnO4 + NH3----> KNO3 + MnO2 + KOH + H2O



Is there any easy and fast way to get coefficient for complicated rxn like this? I know the answer, but it took me like 10 min to solve it... !!!
