DAT Gen Chem Destroy Progress

I have attached picture of my DAT destroyer gen chem progress where I record my answers and add comments and notes to pretty much each answer. I have only done questions 1-80 and haven't done any other part of destroyer yet. I am wondering if it would be a better idea to spread it out more between each section(biology, ochem, math) or just go to completion and finish the gen chem section and then move on from there. I plan on going through destroyer at least twice.

Is there a better way to go through destroyer? A better way to record answers and make notes?

Dark red= got it wrong
light red= was very close to the right answer and I know the material, but got it wrong
light green= was very close to choosing the wrong answer, but got it right
Dark green= Got it right

Also the little red arrow on the corner of each box means there is are notes.
