DAT got canceled today

So my girlfriend was suppose to take her DAT today but the Prometrics center was closed today due to Hurricane Fay. She can not reschedule the exam online since the exam date is today. Also, prometrics center could not help her since they were closed.

Has this happened to anyone else? Also, how long do you think it will take to get her in?

This is the first time ive heard of this happening ... I think it will be fine though as it was not in her control.

mine was canceled cuz the test center had a power outage.
you just call the customer service and explain the situation, and they will help you. basically they reschedule the exam for free. hope this helps.

Happened to me yesterday. Tomorrow afternoon call them with the testing site# and the cnet number they should have given her so she can be put back onto the system. I know for me if there aren't dates available I can do, my testing center will open up a special date/time and schedule me once my name/number is released by prometric once again.

I know my orthodontist doesnt...Kinda strange, but its not all that bad, its on the lower so its pretty hidden
