DAT in India

Is there a place in india where i take the Dental Admissions test? I know they have Thomson Prometric centers but do they offer the DAT? Or do indian residents trying to get admission in the US take some other kind of exam?

I dont think you can take DAT in INDIA..NBDE u can take only in usa and canada...but y dont u call prometric and confirm it...i doubt they let u take that in other countries......

What do they take as a substitute for the DAT in india then?

Do u want to join a dental school in India????then it depends which state the dental college is...karnataka has a common entrance test which usually is administered in may or june...some colleges have their own entrance....the DAT is only for USA and maybe canada as far as I know.......
