Hey guys, this is actually my brothers account, but I'm too lazy...
I graduated from UC Irvine a few years ago with a bachelor's in biology and 2.7 GPA (horrible, I know) and ended up with a 20/21/23, and respective percentiles of 93.4/96.2/96.2. If you want me to send you guys a pic for some proof or just need advice, shoot me an E-mail ([email protected]).
***For those of you asking if it matters that the Kaplan material is from 2008*** It really DOES NOT matter. I opted for the cheaper material and found for myself that it doesn't matter, especially when you consider the material is only a couple years old. The material to be learned is the most basic of each subject, so really, none of the material could conceivably be changed. My scores are a reflection of this, as I received percentiles of 92/97/95 in bio/ochem/gchem, respectively, and a total science percentile of 96. The Kaplan material provides the basic concepts.
What's infinitely, infinitely more important are the practice you get by working through problems presented in all the practice tests and Destroyer problems. And this is by no means an exaggeration.
What I'm selling:
1. Complete 2008 Kaplan Package which includes all the material you receive for the $1600 UCLA Kaplan course
(purchased for $75, asking for $45 obo. In other posts, I saw people purchasing 2010 Kaplan sets for $150+ which is far beyond my comprehension):
- Big Kaplan Blue Review Notes Book (no writing or highlights in it)
- White Kaplan Lesson Book (I used this book as my guideline for a streamlined study routine. Before and after each lesson, it tells you what to study and what types of problems to work on. It's written in, but with necessary info and fill-in-blanks -- saves you important time)
- DAT flash card set
- 1 paper diagnostic test administered by UCLA Kaplan
- 1 full-length CD-ROM test and PAT practice
2. DAT Destroyer 2010 Edition
(purchased for $109, asking for $90 obo in brand new condition)
SOLD! SOLD! SOLD!
3. Math Destroyer 2010 Edition
(purchased for $109, asking for $90 obo in brand new condition)
4. 2008 Big Kaplan Blue Book with 2 full-length practice tests (purchased for $40, asking for $25 obo unused/brand new condition)
Besides a crease on the front cover, this book NEVER been used and is essentially brand new. It's because I ended up buying my friends full package UCLA Kaplan materials which included the White Lesson Book and other materials that I wanted)
GLUCK GUYS!
