thank u rosydaisy...i was wondering. shaums for biology has very small writing and a lot of information...is there anything i should mainly focus on...or basically know everything from it? and is destroyer as important, for biology. i will do questions from destroyer too. which one should i give more importance to, since i m running out of time.
Destroyer is definitely helpful so try to focus on that if you are running out of time.
Schamus has a lot of information as you said. I think you should at least read chapters on Immune system, plants, and ecosystem.
sounds great..so it is not important for me to go word thru word for bio from schaums...i will focus on topics u mentioned... and do destroyer...i have a questions about destroyer though...when i work on a problem...and i m stuck is it best for me to keep looking for the answer or just go to the given solution on the back, and learn from it? cuz i m not getting right answers for lot of them...and it is partly because i m trying to rush. any advice on that?
This is how I studied bio from destroyer: first I read through all the questions and answers once. Then I tried doing all the questions again w/o looking at the answers. Then I wrote down the ones that I had difficulty remembering and I studied them a few times. Doing the questions over and over again will help you remember them better later on. Also, try to use your bio text book if there is a concept that you don't know very well.🙂
When you are going through Destroyer and if an explanation is not crystal clear, then try to brush up on it in some other source, perhaps Schaum's or your textbook.

that sounds great...i started orgo today..i know it is late..but i study only under pressure..so it is about time i started...i finished 100 questions from destroyer (for orgo) and marked down topics i know i need to know more about...so tomm, i will finish the rest and go thru the topics...and i will do the same for the gchem and bio...i have already read the kaplan for gchem. schaums, cliff and text for bio (imp topics only) so far...i still have to do destroyer for both...giving only 1 day for pat, 1 day for rc and 1 day for qr.....each of those nite with topscore..thas the plan...
