If you have not taken your DAT yet, do you leave this section blank on the application? I am planning on taking them in August, but have not picked an exact date yet.

yes... you leave it blank and put when you are taking them.

It says somewhere on the FAQ's that you should put 0'sto indicate that you havn't taken the exam.
