Don't have time to go to this even though I really want to.

Basically, I signed up for the DAT. Do I need to call the prometric site a few days beforehand to "confirm" it? Or basically just show up an hour or so before my test time? What about parking?

And I'm given a blank sheet and a marker throughout the whole duration of the test and a calculator only for the math part, correct?

I did not need to call them, they actually called me the day before the test to give me information and answer my questions. But there is no reason you can't call them to ask them these things.
My prometric center was just in a small business building and there was plenty of parking. Again, you will want to call your specific center and ask them.
You will be given two markers and two sheets of laminated graph paper (can be used on both sides and cannot be erased - although my sweaty nervous hands caused them to smear pretty bad). After the PAT section you get a 30 minute break where you can switch them out. You can also switch them out during the test by raising your hand, but they aren't really paying attention and you will probably end up wasting time so try and conserve your papers until the break.
You are not given a physical calculator during math. Just like DAT Bootcamp and other practice software, during the math portion you click on "Exhibit" and it brings up a basic calculator on your computer.

In the email you received they explicitly tell you to show up 30 minutes prior to your start time. They'll seat you whenever you get there.
Even if you don't have time to do the test drive I would still do a quick drive-by and check the place out to ensure there is enough parking. You don't want to be stressed out walking into the testing center.
