what is the Enzymatic Function of Nucleic Acids?

what is experimental cell biology?

The only enzymatic nucleic acids I can think of off the top of my head is rRNA. Ribozymes are extremely important since they may strengthen the evidence that RNA was indeed the precursor to DNA.

Yes. Besides ribozymes, there are miRNA ( microRNA) and there are siRNA ( small interfering RNA). The perform enzymatic function by degrading mRNA ( messenger RNA). This is a mechanism of regulating protein synthesis. They are also responsible for digesting foreign RNA that invade the cell.
That is also a part of experimental cell biology where researchers are trying to understand the function(s) of the cell on the milecular level using various molecular biology techniques, such as PC
R, western blot, Elisa and so on. Hope this helps.
