I just hope some of you have the good sense to not be some dummy on here...
Have you seen what happened recently? The DAT scores have been severely depressed. The masses of 23-24's have been stilted to 19-20's. Numerous people have complained to the ADA about the rampant cheating and have sited SDN as a main source of questions. There was a thread on here that contained 30 pages of discussions on specific questions on the DAT, and students kept responding, "Oh, that question was on my test too!!! I wouldn't have gotten it right if I hadn't seen it on here!" Remember that? The notorious sea urchin question. There was also the jaguar population question.
To those who will be taking the DAT and want free questions, realize that there's now Histology on your test and questions that require you to reason through experimental design. On top of that, a higher score is less likely to attain. Add that to the stress of preparing for this test the normal way. The cheating of others contributed to making your dreams less likely to attain.
I'm saying all this cuz the field's already suffering from ridicule from the medical field and parts of society at large. There's the popular conception that dentists are less intelligent and less qualified. Hell, our GPA's are lower on a national level. The last thing I want is adding dentists as cheaters to that list. To have a lower GPA... and to have attained that GPA through cheating... is not an acceptable view. Please don't post actual DAT questions on here.
