DAT QVAULT SCAM?

Hi, two days ago I purchased the full package of datqvault and the money was immediately taken out of my account. I did not receive access to the full package and I have emailed them several times to find out what is going on and my emails have bounced back. Has anyone had issues with this company?

Are they the real deal or a scam? Because I think it seems pretty shady right now.
