So I have my dentpin and my account, 2 questions.

1) I pay the 460$ and then wait to get approved?
2) Would you recommend choosing all schools on the application to receive your scores? Can you change it if you aren't applying to those schools?

takes 24-48 hours to get approved then u can schedule. choose all schools (and add any postbacs/masters if you are applying) since theres no reason not to choose them all
