I was filling out the dental school request part of the DAT and noticed that I couldn't find a bubble for ARIZONA SCHOOL OF DENTISTRY. Is Arizona participating w/ the DAT and if so, how can i make sure that they will receive my scores???? I would appreciate it if perhaps those of you who are applying to Arizona would help me out, thanks.

yes I had the same problem....AADSAS said to send a letter along w/your registration packet stating you want it sent to Arizona also, and to include arizona's address in your letter...you should make sure you calculate this school into your fee also, otherwise they won't send it...hope that helps! 🙂
if you want to double check arizona's address..heres the # 480-219-6025

The address where all information for the Arizona School of Dentistry should be sent is:
Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health
Admissions Office
800 W. Jefferson
Kirksville, MO 63501
Information sent directly to Arizona will have to be remailed to Kirksville, which will only delay your application.

Vixen and ItsGavinC:
Thanks for the info!! However, I am not 100% sure about where to send my DAT score request. What I mean is that Vixen confirmed w/ ADA that I should go through them but ItsGavinc gave me the address to Arizona. What should I do??? 😕

no, when you send the registration packet back to the adea to register....send ALONG w/it a letter stating you want your scores sent to arizona...on that letter, put the address of the the school (the address that gavinc gave you)....make sure you include arizona in your fees when you calculate it...hope that makes sense 🙂
I couldn't (nor would have dared) said it better myself.
