Definitely significant. 19AA and nothing below 17, nice. Your scores are now competitive, and assuming you have decent grades and the rest of your AADSAS is solid, then you have a good chance.

Not to burst your bubble, but I wouldn't call it significant improvement. I would call it an improvement for sure and definitely if your other stuff (experience, community service, GPA, personal statement) is solid you are competitive with those scores. Also i'm from California, and as you can see from the stats at these schools I am a little more pessimistic about DAT scores below 20.
