I don't think you need a retake, you have consistent scores all around. OC is a little low but not bad, and your RC is good!

Thanks for replying! I was aiming for higher scores to compensate for my low GPAs, but the TS and AA scores are disappointing ;(. I applied 10 including NYU, Boston, and Temple.

If I were you I would try to add like 5 more schools. Specifically private, expensive schools like USC?? I have about the same stats as you but I have called a lot of the schools and they said my scores are fine with nothing below 17. So I'll try this year and if it doesn't work out then I will retake next year...hopefully it won't come to that.

I am thinking the same thing. It definitely takes courage to retake and reapply. But let's stay positive!
