Should I retake the DAT's?

If it's an acceptable score for dental schools, I really don't want to retake again 🙁

I sort of freaked out and wasted my time in one reading section. I don't know if I should just retake the exam for the sake of raising my RC score or not...

I have a 3.4 cGPA 🙁 I'm borderline.. i'm thinking about doing a SMP.

I would contact the schools you have applied to, I disagree a retake is 100 percent necessary. I agree your reading is a bit low but I have seen acceptances with similiar scores and GPA, it all depends on where you apply. Everyone has a different situation so I can not respond with a blanket answer.

I honestly think your scores are VERY consistent in the science sections, you don't need to score a 30 to get an interview and acceptance into dental school

Take the time to do some leg work and apply broadly and to schools where you have the most likely chance of an interview.

Wishing you the best!

Im in the same boat as you but with a horrible QR score. I panicked and had to guess on nearly the last 15 because of time issues. I'm not sure what I should do :/
