i'd say have someone who is good at PAT sit next to you to reason out the correct answers to you. That helped me a lot 🙂 you need to be able to reason it out!!! why is there a line here? why is this line smaller than the other? what do you see? what don't you see?

you might find some tricks once u practice a lot, like the way u looking at it might be a little different after lots practice, which helped me a lot on my PAT

the first time i took the dat i got an 18 on the PAT, the second time a 21.
i honestly don't know what helped me. the first time around i only used kaplan. the second time i only used achiever. however, i didn't "study" the achiever problems bc they were so frustrating.
on the actual dat, i skiped the topfrontend and came back to it later...that's the only thing i changed.

sorry if this sounded really choppy. i'm really hung over right now. life sans the dat is great.
