DAT/score report question

I have a question, when I registered for the DAT, I remember that I was allowed to send the score report to 5 dental schools, I have since taken the DAT, and I want to send additional score reports to the colleges that I didn't list as the one of the five. The problem is is that I don't remember which 5 schools I said that I wanted to send the score reports to, and I don't want to waste money by sending a school duplicate reports. Is there any way to find out which schools I indicated I wanted the ada to send my scores to?

Write down the list of schools you want to send your report to. Call the school and ask them if they have it. If they don't, send them the report. Some schools accept a fax copy until the real one comes. Make sure your fax copy matches the real one
