do dental schools give you credit for increased dat score? regardless of what the old and new scores are?

Schools can see both scores, old and new. Some will only pay attention to the new and others will look at both to determine where you went up or down.

First part of your question..."yes"...second part of confusing ...(regardless)..no. The actual scores are important. It doesn't look good if you went from a 16 to a 18.
