dat scores? please give opinions

I recently took the Dat and these are my scores and GPA:

QUANTITATIVE REASONING 17
READING COMPREHENSION 17
PAT 15
BIOLOGY 15
GENERAL CHEMISTRY 16
ORGANIC CHEMISTRY 18
TOTAL SCIENCE 16
ACADEMIC AVERAGE 17

CUMULATIVE GPA: 3.878
BCP GPA: 3.6

WHAT SHOULD I DO? SHOULD I RETAKE THE DAT? HOW CAN I IMPROVE MY BIOLOGY SCORES AND PAT SCORES? I FELT THAT THE BIO AND PAT SECTIONS WERE REALLY HARD?

with your GPA/BCP GPA the schools will probably be expecting higher DAT scores. So i think a retake is necessary as well. sorry, i know it must suck

I am sorry, but I agree with the 2 posters above as well. You will most likely need a retake.

rule of thumb....do not get below a 18 on any subject. plus since you have a high GPA...i suggest getting a 20+...

You need to take it again. I think it is better to start asap since you are fresh with DAT materials. Good luck.

Retake is in order. Strong GPA like the OP doesn't jive with 16-17ish scores. I think 19-20 would be the expected range for somebody with strong GPA especially with 3.6 BCP.
