Hi all, I was hoping to get some realistic advice as to how things are looking for me. I am a reapplicant and retook the DAT last week and heres a breakdown of what i got: 22PAT, 20AA => QR-21, RC-22, Bio-20, GenChem-20, Orgo-19(last time i got a 21 :/ ).

Im not sure where i stand with this, my scigpa is 3.2 and cumgpa: 3.4. I know I'm below most averages, but is there anything I can do to increase my chances? I'm already a late applicant so I'm worried I'm not going to have any luck again this year. HELP!

Solid DAT scores, GJ👍
Your GPA is pretty low, and this late into the cycle you might have some trouble.
However, there is still chance for PreDec interviews and acceptance. I would recommend applying to schools that emphasize more on DAT than GPA, off the top of my head, Columbia, UofP I think too.

How many schools are you applying this year?
Are you taking any courses this Fall for academic update period?

I need very important advice from you guys. Here are my stats --

cGPA - 3.7, science GPA - 3.69. Graduated this year.
DAT (Unofficial) - AA - 23. PAT - 15, BIO 22, CHE 23, ORGO 29. RC 24, QR 23.

Currently shadowing a dentist.

How accurate is the unofficial score report?
What are my chances considering its very late in the cycle?
What schools should I look into?

What's your TS??

Hate to be a negative nancy here, but I personally think you don't stand a good chance this year. Your GPAs are too low for this time in the application cycle. You definitely would have stood some chance if your application was in the first mailing batch. If anything, I think you'll get a late interview in the spring, where you'll be competing against a lot of people for pretty much only a few spots. I hope you're a flawless interviewer. You still have a chance, it's just not very good.

Im taking some bio courses this semester, and doing neuroscience research. My TS was a 20. I know my stats arent the highest, but I applied around the same time last year with a similar gpa and lower DAT and was waitlisted to 2 schools so I would think having a higher DAT this time around would only help.

With PAT 15, many schools automatically disqualify you. Other scores are godly though.

Great scores with the exception of the PAT that might be a bit of an issue for you

I'm in a somewhat similar state, I have a 3.4 cGPA and 3.2 sGPA, but my DAT scores are:
AA-24
TS-23
PAT-24
QR-21
RC-24
Bio-22
GC-29
OC-22

I haven't received interviews from anywhere...
