According to the University of the Pacific Dental School, my DAT BIO is a 17 and my AA is an 18. My QR is a 17 and my RC is an 18. I would like to know if my DAT BIO 17 is significantly lower than a 21 in the BIO? I would also like to know if a 17 in the QR is significantly lower than a 21 in QR? Is 18 AA significantly lower an a 22 AA?

I would like to know if a 17 in the BIO is SIGNIFICANTLY lower than a 21 in the BIO. I would also like to know if an 18 AA is significantly lower than a 22 in the AA. I would also like to know if a 17 in the QR is significantly lower than a 21 in the QR? According to University of the Pacific their averages are 21 BIO, 22 RC, 21 QR, 23 GC, 23 OC, 22 AA, 22 TS, 22 PAT. What I mean by significant, meaning to a greater extent.

Uhhh, using the 2007 DAT score estimate, you missed roughly 8 more questions in BIO than someone who got a 21. For QR, you missed about 9 more questions. As for your AA, I'm just going to assume that you are in the 68.4th percentile while a 22 AA would the 96.7th percentile. I've attached the file for how I did judged how many you missed; it's a bit outdated but still relevant IMO. Here is also a link that I think you'd find helpful. The percentiles vary from test to test, but schools will only look at your standard scores so I wouldn't worry about percentiles. Just get an idea of how much more people are scoring higher than you. Long story short, your scores are only average when compared to the national average and are presently a far cry from the UoP's average scores.

Sorry, I didn't get what you meant by "According to the University of the Pacific Dental School, my DAT BIO is a 17..." I was thinking the school was telling you what your scores were lol. But to answer your questions, those are definitely significant differences.

OP, you will need to retake in order to be competitive for UOP. what study methods did you use?
