I just finished the DAT....wasn't quite prepared as I should/could have been. Do I retake?
PA--23
QR--15 (terrible)
RC--21
Bio--19
GC--18
OC--19
Total Science--19
AA--18

I don't know if i should retake it in august and try to get in this cycle....or see if i can make it with these scores. I'm an Idaho Resident.

My GPA is a 3.55
science GPA 3.5
I would like some advice

If you aren't aiming for IVY leagues or UC's I think your scores are competitive!

Where in Idaho? I'm applying from Idaho this cycle as well. I don't know, your situation is a tough one. 18 AA is on the low side but your GPA is good. What schools are you applying to?

I'm applyin to Pitt, Indiana, Louisville, Creighton, Case Western, Midwestern, Western, Ohio State, and 4 more schools....which i'm still deciding which schools whould give me the best shot to get in. I'm not looking for an Ivy League. Any advice on schools?

Nice, you've done your research. I'm applying to pretty much all of the same schools, 15 total. I think you have a good list. Most of the schools put very little emphasis on the QR section, so I don't think you will have much of a problem there. Your AA is the part that worries me a little, but only a little. Honestly, I think if you apply early and the remainder of your application is strong you will get some interviews and at least one acceptance. Good luck!
