Ok first off I would like to preemptively apologize if this has come up before, and for the record, I searched, so you don't have to waste your time and tell me to look it up.

Ok on to the question...🙂

I am taking all the section tests that Kaplan offers on their online syllabus, and I was just wondering if there is an equation available to calculate, roughly, what your score would be for each one of those sections. Like if a certain percentage, say 80%, translates to a score, like 20?

Or on the DAT is each question weighted differently according to difficulty?

Because I really don't know if I should be happy with an 80% or very worried...anyway 3 weeks left 🙁

Thank you

go to http://ada.org/prof/ed/testing/dat/dat_estimate_score.pdf

scroll down there is a chart that says how many you get correct and your score. So say for bio sample kaplan test you got 30 out of 40 you would get a 18. Or if its not out of 40 questions I guess you could estimate by multiplying .8 X 40 = 32 which is a 19.

kaplan's percentages are not how many you got right...
It is your percent in relative to "other test-takers."
I know I didn't get 99% on QR 🙂
I missed one or two.

Also, the difficulty for Kaplan is different than the real test so you can't compare.
