.Hi SDNr's it took me some time to get the hang of all that surrounds the DAT when I read posts that included a lot of abbreviations such as PAT, AA, TS, FRAP etc. it got confusing .... so I did some research and this post is the result… its for the noobies that need to find some practical info such as meanings for abbrevs, DAT scoring, good study materials etc. all in one place. Hope it helps!.

.ALSO! It's a good idea to do a search for "DAT Breakdown" here on SDN I've learned a lot just form reading other peoples take on the DAT. You can get a feel for which study aids are best for what sections, how to study for it etc. For example: http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=545410.

.And Sama951's PAT breakdown is "sick": http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=528643&highlight=wicked+pat+tutorial.

if you have more helpful info please add, we're all still learning ;)
