Hi, I have been studying for the DAT in the past 2 and a half weeks and I reviewed all Bio, G-chem, and O-chem material in my old textbooks and notebooks. It has been over a year since I took OC and 2 years since GC. I have been using DAT Destroyer, Chad's videos for OC, and DAT Bootcamp. I haven't reviewed GC Chad's videos yet but I think I have been doing pretty okay on GC DAT Destroyer (meaning I got over 50% of the answers right for every set of questions I did). I have been practicing PAT using Bootcamp also.
Here are my Bootcamp scores so far:
BIO 21/18/21/18, Cell and molec bio 53 out of 59.
OC 18/17
PAT 20/21/20, Angle ranking practice 43 out of 50 and 37 out of 50.
As you see, I am struggling with Organic chemistry for some reason.. Chad's videos seem much easier than DAT Destroyer and bootcamp. I did pretty well on Chad's quizzes, but DAT Destroyer OC and Bootcamp really bring my confidence down.. I feel like Destroyer requires you to memorize a lot more reactions than Chad. What do you think I should do with Ochem? A lot of people say Chad is the best there is to study Ochem but I am still not doing well after I watched all his videos.
Also, what do you think of the similarity of DAT Bootcamp with the real DAT? Do you think my scores so far are good predictor of what I will achieve in the real DAT?
My test is going to be on July 17th (I only have about 2 weeks until then).
Please give me some advice 🙁
