Hey y'all! I was wanting tips and some help putting together a study schedule for my DAT this summer.
Finishing up my sophomore year. Applying next cycle.
My science grades are average:
Gen Chem 1: A
Gen Chem 2: C (I struggled with second semester chem for whatever reason so hopefully Chad's videos help!)
Ochem 1 and 2: B (I could have gotten A's if I had dedicated more time to studying but family problems got in the way and I am hoping to make up for it on the DAT)
Bio 1: A
Bio 2: B (only because I was super sick and my grandmother underwent emergency surgery the night before the first exam so I failed it really bad. I have made A's on all exams since so I am anticipating a B and wanna make up for it on the DAT)
Aiming for a 23+ AA honestly. Higher if possible as my GPA is around average right now. I have finally got my study habits and everything pulled together so hoping my next two semesters before applying are 4.0 semesters and that also helps!
I have 10 weeks and am not working or taking classes. I'll be volunteering at an animal shelter, a non-profit clinic and shadowing some but the rest of my time is dedicated to studying.
Resources I plan to use:
-Ferali's Notes
-Cliff's AP Bio (3rd edition)
-DAT Bootcamp
-DAT Destroyer
-MATH Destroyer
-Chad's videos (Chem and Ochem)
-Crack DAT PAT (Royal Flush Edition)
I found a few study schedules but most of them don't include bootcamp...
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
