I have just started studying for my DAT. I will be using the following material, and wanted to know if I should be using anything else:

Biology: AP Bio Cliff Notes 4th Edition, Destroyer, Bootcamp Exams
Chem/Orgo: Chad's videos and quizzes, Kaplan Blue Book,
Destroyer, Bootcamp
PAT- PAT software (crack the PAT)
QR- Chad's, Bootcamp, Destroyer
RC- I don't know what to study from for this section.

I would also like advice on other study material as well! I will be taking a Kaplan course this upcoming fall!

Wouldn't bother with KBB at all, and you should get Cliff's 3rd edition rather than the 4th - the 4th removed some of the stuff that the DAT still covers (biological diversity in particular I believe).

Why skip the KBB? What does it lack that it should be skipped?
Just curious as I'm also trying to set up studying.

Be realistic and don't overwhelm yourself with too many resources. Bootcamp, destroyer, and Chad's videos is probably enough. Also for PAT and RC, DAT Bootcamp is the best. Make sure you know the destroyer biology. Lastly, I agree that the KBB is pretty useless.
